January2024 update

Here we are in 2024!  How fast did 2023 go?   Too fast!  Yet, I’m glad it’s behind us and we can begin a new year with hope and trust in our Lord to teach us, grow us, change us, and empower us to know Him better.

December 2023 was a restful month.  Paul and I drove to southwest Texas to stay in a cave (nicer than most hotel rooms) in Terlingua.  It was amazing.  This part of Texas is breathtaking mountains and plateaus.  I’m sure we will visit there again.

We spent Christmas day with Thom, Kelley and their family.  It was a joy to have Jake and his family with us this year.

Paul flew to Australia to be with the Baker Organization.  He absolutely loved it!  Gretchen, Megs and I flew to North Carolina to stay in our condo for a week.  It was wonderful.  We played games, read, ate and enjoyed the cold, rainy weather.

We flew to Arizona for The Summit Leadership with World Wide.  It was one of the best meetings we’ve every attended.  The speakers were powerful.  The Sunday morning service was so anointed.

One of the highlights of the weekend in Arizona was a visit with our dear friend, Ann Austin.  She and her hubby, Al, who has gone to heaven, have been friends for 30 years.  They have always had a special place in our heart. She is 89 and still training dogs and driving to meet old friends (us).

We have had a few couples here at our ranch, yes, I still call it the ranch, even though we are in town.  We also have a busy February.

Blessings to you and your family.  Thank you for being a part of our ministry.  You are loved and appreciated!
