Our Story

Paul and Billie Kaye Tsika have been serving God’s people for over 50 years of ministry. They met in 1966 in the USMC and were married within a few months. From the very unlikely beginning God undertook for them time and time again even before they became Christians. After both serving in the USMC they moved to Paul’s home state of Maine.  Paul entered the insurance industry and quickly became the number one sales person in six states.  Billie Kaye was busy raising 2 young children. After 3 very turbulent years they moved to Billie Kaye’s home state of Texas to start over.  They had their third child shortly after the move, but there were still some very difficult days.

Through God-ordained circumstances Paul and Billie Kaye became passionate followers of Jesus Christ in 1971 (Paul) and 1973 (Billie Kaye). Even before Paul became a Christian he knew that God has ordained him to become a preacher, which is only one of the battles he fought before surrendering to Christ as Lord.  And thus their journey of faith began.

Through the years, as the children went to college and got married, Billie began traveling full time with Paul. During that time, they moved to Asheville, North Carolina, and made a decision to take a two-year sabbatical to attend Fruitland Bible Institute and get their associates degree. Shortly after graduation they purchased a Prevost Bus to travel and live in for the next 13 years. They traveled from coast to coast ministering in different churches across America.

A change came in 2001. After 30 years of traveling, preaching and singing in churches across the country, they were given an opportunity to become pastor/spiritual advisors to World Wide Dream Builders of Spokane, Washington. Accepting the invitation would necessitate that they bring their evangelistic ministry in churches to a close. However, at the same time, they both knew that the years of experience had been preparing them for this great challenge. They accepted Ron and Georgia Lee Puryear and the management team’s invitation.

Restoration Ranch was already in its infancy at this time. It stood to reason that having couples come to the ranch who were having marriage difficulties and for some ‘tweaking’ in their relationships was going to be a new part of the ministry.

In 50 years of ministry, God has done great things for Paul and Billie Kaye.  When asked about their lives, Bro. Paul says, “The best is yet to come, because Jesus always saves the best for last.”

Billie Kaye has recorded over seven Christian albums with her latest Christmas album “Christmas Cheer” recorded in 2018.  She has authored two books with a third, “Apples of God in Pictures of Silver,” coming out in the fall of 2022.  She has co-authored four more books with Paul.

Paul has created numerous audios & videos for the ministry.  Paul has preached both nationally and internationally in conferences, revival meetings and crusades.  He’s authored and co-authored over 15 books and a discipleship course.  He also has a new book, “Dream-Doer,” coming out in the fall of 2022.

Paul and Billie Kaye have three married children, Gretchen (Mark passed to glory April 8, 2021), Paul Edward and Melanie and Thom and Kelley.  They have 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren, with two on the way. Surely their quiver is full!

The organization Paul pastors is the passion of both Paul and Billie Kaye.  They have been pastoring WWDB for over 21 years and have been blessed to develop some of the greatest friendships of their life. Life is a joy at their new property since re-locating Restoration Ranch in Richmond Texas, just an hour from the original ranch. Paul and Billie Kaye are looking forward, with great enthusiasm, to serving where God has placed them with World Wide Dream Builders for the rest of their life. Age is just a number, and Paul and Billie Kaye don’t believe in allowing that to keep them from their assignment in serving people.
