Our Story

Paul and Billie Kaye Tsika have been serving God’s people for over 55 years of ministry. They met in 1966 while both were serving in the USMC and were married within a few months.  After being honorably discharged in 1966, they moved to Paul’s home state of Maine.  Paul entered the insurance industry and quickly became the number one salesperson in six states.  Billie Kaye was busy raising 2 young children. After 3 very turbulent years in Maine, they moved to Billie Kaye’s home state of Texas in 1969 to start over.  They had their third child shortly after the move.

Through God-ordained circumstances, Paul and Billie Kaye became passionate followers of Jesus Christ in 1971 (Paul) and 1973 (Billie Kaye). Even before Paul became a Christian, he knew that God’s will would be for him to become a preacher of the Gospel, which is only one of the battles he fought before surrendering to Christ as Lord.  And thus, their journey of faith began.

Through the years, as the children went to college and got married, Billie Kaye began traveling full time with Paul. During that time, they moved to Asheville, North Carolina, and decided to take a two-year sabbatical to attend Fruitland Bible Institute to get their associate’s degree. Shortly after graduation, they purchased a Prevost Bus to travel and live in for the next 13 years. They traveled from coast to coast ministering in different churches across America, experiencing God’s miraculous works.

A huge change to their ministry came in 2001. After 30 years of traveling, Paul preaching and Billie Kaye singing in churches across the country, they were given an opportunity to become outside counsel and pastor/spiritual advisors to Worldwide Dream Builders of Spokane, Washington. Knowing it was God’s will and an enlarging of their present ministry, they accepted.  Their ministry would now include the marketplace as well as traditional.

Through years of failure, success and everything in between, their years of experience had been preparing them for this great challenge.

Restoration Ranch was already in its infancy at this time with Paul and Billie Kaye’s desire to restore marriages and rebuild relationships with all who needed help.

In 55 years of ministry, God has done great things for Paul and Billie Kaye.  When asked about their lives, Bro. Paul says, “The best is yet to come, because Jesus always saves the best for last.”

Billie Kaye has recorded over seven Christian albums with her latest Christmas album “Christmas Cheer” recorded in 2018.  She has authored three books and has co-authored four more books with Paul.

Paul has created numerous audios & videos for the ministry.  He has preached both nationally and internationally in conferences, revival meetings and crusades.  He’s authored and co-authored over 20 books including a discipleship course.

Paul and Billie Kaye have three married children, Gretchen (Mark passed to glory April 8, 2021), Paul Edward and Melanie and Thom and Kelley.  They have 10 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. Surely their quiver is full!

The organization Paul pastors is the passion of both Paul and Billie Kaye along with their ministry in churches and missions.

The ministry’s physical ranch has moved from the country to the city of Houston, but the assignment is still the same.  Life is a joy at their new property since re-locating Restoration Ranch to Richmond, Texas, just an hour from the original ranch. Paul and Billie Kaye are looking forward, with great enthusiasm, to serving where God has placed them as pastor and other outreach opportunities.

Age is just a number, and Paul and Billie Kaye don’t believe in allowing that to keep them from their assignment in serving people.  They love what they do and with whom they do it.

One of the greatest joys of their life is to have their children following them in ministry.  Their youngest son, Thom and his wife Kelley, have been partnering with them in ministry since 2004.  Thom as CFO and COO, with Kelley writing Children’s books.

Gretchen Ann, whose wonderful husband passed in 2021, has birthed “Ashes Into Beauty,” a much-needed ministry for widows.  She writes, teaches and has annual conferences where widows can gather from around the country. They are helped with everything from cyber fraud to keeping a checkbook.  But most of all they are encouraged with the fellowship, teaching and a lot of love.

Paul and Melanie created “Vine Life Ministries,” after seminary.  Paul presently pastors Catalyst Community Church. In addition, they pastor, travel, speak and have a heart for missions.  They are also involved with Restoration Ranch.  They are a great help with counseling, with Paul speaking at Worldwide functions when needed.

Paul and Billie Kaye never really dreamed that the blessings of God would be so overwhelming.  Their hearts are filled with gratitude daily.  For The Father has done exceedingly, abundantly, above all they have asked or thought.
