November 2022 Update

Well, Thanksgiving has come and gone.  We had a wonderful time in Burnsville, NC, with Paul’s sis and brother-in-law from Florida, Don and Sandra Dittemore.  The buffet at the club at Mountain Air Country Club was amazing!  We will not miss another Thanksgiving there. 

       November is over in just a couple of days then we will be in December. Kelley already has our home decorated beautifully!  She is an amazing decorator!  She could probably make lots of money if she went into that business. 

       November was low-key.  Not much traveling or counseling, except on zoom.  Paul keeps busy in the office, and I keep busy at the house. 

       We did enjoy Gretchen and some of her family here at the ranch.  They are just 4 hours away, so they drove down to spend a few days with us.  Gretchen now has four grandchildren, with one on the way in December.  She is blessed! God has opened the door for her to lead a grief share group. This has been a Godsend for her.  I really miss her not being close, but she is where she needs to be.

       We love our new home! We have met some wonderful neighbors, and we have gotten involved with all the activities here in our community.  We are having a Christmas Crawl (progressive dinner), and we are the last house they will visit.  We are excited to meet other neighbors. 

       We desire to have a spiritual effect on our neighbors.  I believe this is the reason God sent us to this particular community.  Please pray for us when you think about us during the years.
