July 2022 update

We left our ranch on July 5th to start our month of Moving Up and Family Reunions.  So far, we have been to Lake Tahoe/Reno for the Puryear MU/Family Reunion.  Then we flew to Tacoma for the Duncan MU/Family Reunion.  Next, we rode with Thom and Kelley to Coeur d’Alene/Spokane for the MU/Rice Family Reunion.  We are now on a flight to Las Vegas for the Baker MU/FR.

Thom, Kelley, and Kadie flew to Las Vegas on the 5th of July, rented a vehicle then drove to Lake Tahoe.  They had to pick up some of our products, so this is the reason they were driving.  They are now on their way back to Las Vegas.  Lots of miles to drive, but they see some beautiful country.  They are a tremendous help, and we couldn’t do this without them.

Jake (Thom and Kelley’s son) is in the Army and stationed in Tacoma.  He, Kait, and the babies (Blakeley and Brentley) drove to Coeur d’Alene and spent the week with us.  It was such a joy to spend this time with them.

Cody and Shelby (Thom and Kelley’s oldest daughter and her husband) flew into Spokane to help us at our table during the functions. This was Cody’s first time with us, and he absolutely loved meeting the people and helping at our table. He wants to do this again!

Every moving up and family reunion has been wonderful. Why?  Because the people are so wonderful!  We love the ministry God has given us with Worldwide.

I got the crud (not Covid) the second Sunday on the road and was in the hotel room for a week.  I missed the whole Duncan Moving Up and Family Reunion.  I was so disappointed, but God is in control, not me!

The Sunday morning services have been amazing.  Paul preaches beyond himself, and God blesses by touching hearts with the gospel's truth. We praise God for His love and faithfulness.

As Kelley, Paul, and I sit at our table signing books, we are humbled and blessed by the people whose lives have been changed by the truth of God’s Word.  There are so many hurting, broken, and grieving people who need a touch from God.  They need an encouraging word; They need to know God is for them, not against them.  They need to know that His love is unconditional, and we are so thankful that He allows us to be a small part of their lives….to pray with them and give them hope,

Pray for us as we continue our travels.  Paul and Thom will be traveling to Canada and Denver in August for the last two Moving Up and Family Reunions, pray for God to touch lives in the Sunday morning services.  Pray for health, also.
